If anyone wonders who these are...
in Germany on the state wide tv station "ZDF" they show clips of these guys between commericals.
They are called the "Mainzelmaennchen" because the TV station is loacted in the city Mainz.
In Germany you see these guys every night. I kind of missed them so my niece gave me these cups as a gift. Now I see them everyday, too!
